Brewery Donation Contract

Application Deadline is April 1st, 2020

Participation cost for self distributing breweries is the donation of at least two kegs (1/2 bbls). PCBF will provide you with a tax deductible receipt from our non-profit CaskAide. We will not offer a donation option for breweries represented by a distributor, at their request.

We will include your company logo w/website link on the PCBF website. Please email preferred website link (if you participated previously we may already have on file), along with company logo as .jpg or .pdf file at least 200 pixels wide, 72dpi, to drink@portlandcraftbeerfestival.com.

Please note that if we do not receive tasting notes, or if the beer delivered does not match the beers we have listed, your product will be hard to promote and sell.  We want all beers/ciders/wines to be recognized, so send updates as soon as possible!
