PORTLAND CRAFT BEER FESTIVAL (PCBF)

Brewery/Cidery/Winery Contract

Fee = $300

Application Deadline is April 1st, 2020

This contract is for breweries paying the $300 participation fee. If you are an independent brewery and would like to donate kegs instead of payment, please follow the link for donation instead.

We will include your company logo w/website link on the PCBF website. Please email preferred website link (if you participated previously we may already have on file), along with company logo as .jpg or .pdf file at least 200 pixels wide, 72dpi, to drink@portlandcraftbeerfestival.com.

After submitting the contract, you will be taken to the PCBF PayPal site. Please note there an extra service fee (3%) to pay online. You may opt to mail a $300 check to PCBF instead. Please remit payment to Portland Craft Beer Festival, PO Box 13535, Portland, OR 97213.

TERMS:

• Participation fee is $300.
• If you know the beverages you will provide, please list them below, but you do not need to list your beers to register. Please note that if we do not receive tasting notes, or if the beer delivered does not match the beers we have listed, your product will be hard to promote and sell.  We want all beers/ciders/wines to be recognized, so send updates as soon as possible!
• We request that brewery or distributor provide the necessary jockey boxes to pour your beverages.
• No additional man power or labor is necessary. PCBF is an all-volunteer pour event.
• You may provide a company banner – we are happy to hang on fencing and return after the event.
