CaskAide, Inc. (CaskAide) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3), endeavor headquartered in Portland, Oregon.  Federal tax id #47-2925726

Mission Statement:

To support local non-profits through the promotion of local breweries

CaskAide Goals:

  • CaskAide is a partner with TryHops, LLC that sponsors craft beer festivals such as:  The Portland Craft Beer Festival (PCBF), held annually during the first week of July in downtown Portland, Oregon.  The partnership between CaskAide and the PCBF has enabled the organization to donate over $15,000 to charities in the Portland area.
  • CaskAide vets and selects partner charities* who provide volunteers to pour beer and wine at festivals, and in return, receive a percentage of the proceeds from the events.
  • CaskAide could serve as an organizing point, a “Hub”, for charitable giving for the brewery industry to local non-profit organizations.

Through proceeds from the 2017 PORTLAND CRAFT BEER FESTIVAL, CaskAide proudly donated almost $10,000 to their partner charities.

Starting in 2018, PCBF and CaskAide welcome new partner - Schoolhouse Supplies!

Schoolhouse Supplies is an award-winning nonprofit that supports public education in Portland by giving students and teachers free classroom supplies.

Friends of Trees brings people together to plant and care for city trees and green spaces in Pacific Northwest communities. Since 1989, Friends of Trees has planted nearly half a million trees and native plants.

The Oregon Brew Crew promotes interest in and the understanding of beer, beer appreciation, and the craft of brewing among its members and the general public.
